No returns. No refunds.

Clients are obligated to provide feedback to the resume writers so their documents are completed on time. Clients who do not provide a response forfeit their right to a completed document after 365 days from the date of the original order. In other words, if you don’t respond to our questions within 1 year, we are not obligated to complete your resume.

Clients are provided MULTIPLE opportunities to voice their opinions and offer feedback on the products being delivered. Each draft is an opportunity to redirect the content. The client is responsible for providing edits to the writers. No one at Throat-Punch Resumes has gone to or graduated from telepathy school. You have to tell us if you don’t like or want something in your document. We cannot read your mind!
